On the second section of the project, Green at You focus on building of a network of alliances in Europe that have a broad knowledge of the project as well as a specific degree of commitment, many of which contributed to the creation of the training itineraries, and the publication of two key documents for the project and the green transition in general.
On one hand the ‘Green Jobs Trends Report’ provides a comprehensive analysis of future trends, skill needs, and best practices across key sectors of the green economy. For a more detail analysis the ‘Green job trends and challenges, skills needs and good practices for the digitalization of the green economy’, highlights the importance of continuous training adapted to the changing needs of the green labour market, as well as the inclusive integration of vulnerable populations to achieve a just and sustainable transition. This report was supported by the workshops conducted in the countries of the project with meaningful insights of key stakeholders of the subsectors of the project.
